As a founding member of the firm’s Portfolio Operations team, Beth has helped define and deliver TCV’s Value Creation playbook with initiatives that span Go-To-Market, Customer Success, C-Suite and Board Effectiveness, Operational Excellence, and Technology transformation.
In addition to working with investment teams and portfolio company executives, Beth oversees TCV’s external advisor program. She also serves on the board of directors of OneSource Virtual.
Prior to TCV, Beth led transformation efforts as an executive at Vertafore, a SaaS company jointly owned by Bain Capital and Vista Equity Partners. Earlier in her career, Beth held a series of finance, strategy, and operations roles across the Corporate Executive Board, Ericsson, and Alliance Data Systems.
Beth has little free time thanks to her identical twin daughters, husband, and dog. When her girls allow her to indulge, she loves watching professional tennis. Beth received an M.B.A. from Duke University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri.
