As Amazon’s Culture of Innovation Ambassador in San Francisco, Rich advised thousands of C-suite executives on Amazon’s leadership principles, culture, and mechanisms for innovation. He also served as an expert advisor to the Amazon Alexa team as they imbued Alexa+ with empathy and emotional intelligence, helping shape an AI-powered assistant embedded in over 600 million devices.
