Kamal Advani

Kamal Advani is an Operating Partner at NewSpring Holdings.

Kamal has over 30 years of experience in driving value creation as a business leader, as an investor and as a director on boards of private equity backed companies. He has worked with companies at different stages of growth in numerous industries including business services, financial services, hospitality, manufacturing, software and ecommerce.

Kamal was previously Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Operations at Versa Capital Management.  Prior to joining Versa in 2013, Kamal was a Managing Director at Actua Corporation.  Earlier in his career, Kamal was in the Financial Advisory Services consulting practice at Coopers & Lybrand.

Kamal is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College where he earned a B.S. in Economics.
