Ken Fleming

Ken Fleming is a partner in our Tysons, Virginia office (DC) and advises businesses, owners and investors on merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions and serves the office of the CFO. Ken has nearly 25 years of advisory and public accounting experience in a wide variety of industries including software and technology, government contracting, business services, manufacturing and distribution, aerospace and defense, healthcare, retail and hospitality, real estate and construction, biotechnology, emerging growth, and private equity.

Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Ken provided financial due diligence and advisory services to debt and equity investors for a transaction services firm. Ken was also a senior manager in the assurance and business advisory practice at KPMG LLP where he served numerous public companies involved in complex business transactions, IPOs and registration statements. Ken started his career at Arthur Andersen.
