Mr. Siwak founded CareVet in the fall of 2018, a veterinarian hospital network with 180 locations in 37 states.  Prior to CareVet, Mr. Siwak spent 12 years as an Operating Partner of L Catterton. Mr. Siwak has led management oversight, business development, supply chain and product development efforts at companies of various stages and sizes. Prior to L’Catterton, he was the co-founder of Swiss Army Travel Gear.

Mr. Siwak earned a BS in Marketing from Arizona State University. Mr. Siwak was named Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2002 and 2022.
