Michael Sullivan

Partner & Vice President

Michael J. Sullivan brings many years of experience and skills in investment banking, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions to the businesses he works with at Westshore Capital Partners.

Prior to joining Westshore, Michael was a senior investment banker for Cross Keys Capital, where he successfully advised on transactions in various industries including manufacturing, healthcare, software, entertainment, and consumer products.

Michael was also a member of the Corporate Development team at Rockwell Collins, an aerospace and defense company headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. There he performed mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, and investor relation services. Additionally, Michael spent time in the federal tax and operations departments at Rockwell Collins.

Michael holds a masters of business administration degree and a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Iowa.

Justin Flood

Justin joined The Anderson Group in 2007. Prior to joining Anderson, Justin worked in banking at Comerica Bank from 2005 to 2007 and National City Corporation (now PNC Bank) from 2003 to 2005. His banking experiences ranged from privately held middle market transactions to publicly traded corporations and direct investment in foreign entities, and included extensive workout and turnaround activities. Prior to that, Justin gained experience working at a wholesale distribution company that specializes in branded alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Justin is a graduate of Western Michigan University (BBA) and earned an MBA from Michigan State University

Matt Rice

Matt leads BPV’s healthcare practice and currently serves on the Board of Directors at TissueTech, Y-Prime, MeYou Health, Theragen and IRIS.  Matt previously represented BPV at Innocutis and MolecularMD.  He also serves on the St. Joseph’s Hospitals Board of Directors (Baycare Health System).

Prior to joining Ballast Point Ventures in 2004, Matt began his career in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group of Raymond James Financial where he focused primarily on the specialty pharmaceutical, drug distribution and contract research organization sectors.  Matt also worked in the Strategic Alliances group at the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research prior to rejoining BPV as a Vice President in 2008.

He graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration with an MBA.

Glenn's primary focus at Mangrove is originating deal opportunities and qualifying acquisition candidates.

He also assists Mangrove portfolio companies with corporate development issues and is a member of Mangrove's Investment Committee. Prior to co-founding Mangrove, Glenn was the most tenured partner at Florida Capital Partners. Between Mangrove and FCP, Glenn has helped to build two of the most experienced and successful lower middle market private equity funds in the nation.

Over the past 28 years as a private equity partner, Glenn is well known for his candid and effective "win/win" partnering with company owners, managers, and their advisors.

Glenn is a firm believer in the power of internal operating partners in private equity, to bring more than just the commodity of cash to portfolio partners. Glenn worked in the southeastern headquarters of L.F. Rothschild and at NCNB National Bank early in his career, and holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia.

Bridgette Bello, CEO and Publisher of Tampa Bay Business & Wealth, was the former president and publisher of the Tampa Bay Business Journal for nearly 11 years.  She is a longtime media professional with more than 25 years of experience and was the first woman publisher in the newspaper’s 40-year history. She has worked in almost every aspect of the media business from writing for a daily newspaper to buying advertising as a media buyer for ad agencies, and everything in between. Bridgette has run successful sales departments in both print and broadcast positions, as well as award-winning news teams across both platforms.  She is a seven-time winner of the prestigious Eagle Award, an annual competition within the Business Journal’s parent company, Charlotte N.C.-based American City Business Journals.  As Advertising Director for 8 years in Jacksonville, she consistently ranked in the top 3 of the company.  As Publisher, she managed the #1 market in the chain for 2010, 2011 and 2012, 2014, 2015 – breaking all previous records every year since 2012.  Bridgette is on the Executive Committee for the Tampa Hillsborough EDC, a Governor Appointed Trustee for St. Petersburg College, Board of Fellows – University of Tampa, Board of Directors emeritus for The Spring of Tampa Bay, past Chair of the American Diabetes Association Step Out Walk to stop diabetes, and a CEO’S Against Cancer, Florida Chapter Member.  She was the St. Petersburg Chamber “Business Woman of the Year” for 2011, and Best Mom’s of the Bay for 2012. She is the mom of 3 beautiful 22-year-old children, all college seniors at Florida schools this year, and is proud to be a Florida Gator!
