Patrick Crouch is a Partner in the Assurance & Advisory Practice of Frazier & Deeter. He works primarily with large and middle-market companies in the public and private sectors and specializes in complex revenue recognition, equity transactions and stock-based compensation. His industry expertise includes technology, manufacturing and distribution, energy and professional services.


Patrick has extensive experience performing audits of pre-IPO and public companies. He is also a member of the firm’s Accounting & Risk Advisory Services Practice, which specializes in assisting large and mid-sized public company clients with complex accounting and financial reporting issues.

Tyler B. Franz

Tyler Franz is a Vice President at Clearwell Group. Prior to joining Clearwell Group, Mr. Franz previously worked with Ballast Point Ventures as a Senior Associate, where he was responsible for sourcing and analysis of growth equity investment opportunities, conducting due diligence on investments under consideration, and supporting existing portfolio companies in the healthcare, software, and financial technologies industries.

Prior to joining Ballast Point Ventures, Mr. Franz was an investment banking Senior Analyst at Raymond James in the Transportation & Infrastructure Group. While at Raymond James, Mr. Franz focused on a variety of sell-side, buy-side, and public offering advisory assignments. His industry experience includes environmental services, trucking and logistics, airlines, healthcare, technology, and financial services, among others. 

Mr. Franz holds Bachelors of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Miami. Mr. Franz and his wife, Faith, are members of Idlewild Baptist Church.

Matthew Livak

Matthew Livak is a Banker at the J.P. Morgan Private Bank based out of Tampa, Florida. The Private Bank was created to partner with and advise the firm’s most affluent families through banking, borrowing, investing, and strategic planning. In this role, Matt provides holistic advice and guidance to help families build, preserve, and manage their wealth for themselves and future generations.

The foundation of Matt’s approach is a trusted relationship with each client, accompanied with a genuine determination to help his clients achieve their wealth goals over their lifetime. Matt and his team of specialists deliver strategies that may utilize traditional banking capabilities, simple and complex credit solutions, investment strategy, trust and estate planning, philanthropic giving, and pre-transaction planning for private businesses. The ultimate objective is to provide clients with peace of mind and confidence in the most effective manner possible.

Matt started his career with J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank in 2017 where he was responsible for enhancing data analytics and robotics capabilities for the Global Sanctions department. He transitioned to the Private Bank in May of 2018 to help build out the Tampa team, and shortly after was recognized as one of the top 30 analysts around the world, resulting in a promotion to the Banker role he holds today. In November 2022, he was awarded the One Chase Award – reserved for the top 0.5% of J.P. Morgan Chase employees in his region.

Active in the local community, Matt holds a seat on one of Embarc Collective’s boards and is a member of the Synapse Summit’s Strategic Planning Council. He volunteers with Metropolitan Ministries and GoodWorks, which coordinates local charitable and philanthropic endeavors. In his spare time, he enjoys competing in Spartan Races, exploring national parks, and spending time with his family and friends.

Sara A. Qureshi

Sara Qureshi's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and partnerships, federal and state taxation, as well as, general corporate advice. Sara has represented various companies and practices in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation and tax reporting and compliance matters.

While in law school, Sara externed for both state and federal court judges, where she gained invaluable practical experience. 

After law school, Sara obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, wherein she graduated at the top of her class. 

Sara resides in South Tampa with her Corgi named Yoda. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, photography, watching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and college football (Go Gators!).
