Sean currently serves on the Board of Directors at Abacode, Spotio, Keen Decision Systems, and Viirtue. Sean previously represented BPV at SkuVault and YPrime and was active with portfolio companies PowerDMS, kSep Holdings, and KBI Biopharma. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Florida Venture Forum and on the Investor Advisory Board of the Florida Institute for the Commercialization of Public Research.

Prior to joining Ballast Point Ventures in 2011, Sean spent three years in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Raymond James where he was actively involved in both mergers and acquisitions and capital raising efforts.

Michael Ferris has been a Chairman and CEO of several companies throughout his 25-year career in business. His success as a Founder and CEO led him to become the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2011, and a national judge for the EY Awards Program from 2019 - 2022.  Mr. Ferris has been a portfolio CEO for New Mountain Capital Private Equity Group and a Committee Member of the Department of Homeland Security – Real Estate ISAC.

Mallory serves as President of Abacode, a leading provider of award-winning cybersecurity and continuous compliance across the entire threat landscape. In her previous role, she oversaw the development and ongoing business operations of Abacode’s proprietary digital platform, SCOUT, ensuring the digitization of application solutions to support the Abacode team’s needs.

Formerly serving as Bravado Health’s President & CEO, Mallory led the management of Ayva, a patient engagement software platform, and Treat, an e-prescribing platform. Under her leadership, Mallory restructured the business’s legal and financial structures, positioning both products for acquisition within 15 months.
