Andy Swanson has extensive experience providing tax consulting services to closely held companies and their owners. Having practiced public accounting since 2000, Andy’s primary focus is on various sectors of the service and consumer products manufacturing industries. In his current role at RSM US LLP, Andy is a tax leader with a focus on closely held businesses and their owners, providing proactive tax and business advice to help them reach their goals.

With specialized experience in the food manufacturing industry, Andy brings to his RSM clients an understanding of individual, flow-through taxation, and the U.S. transfer tax system that allows clients to minimize their tax liability while avoiding undue risk. Client goals are attained through understanding the goals of the business and tailoring specific solutions to help all parties meet their objectives.

A self-described history buff, Andy has also completed two triathlons.

David Webb

Northern Trust
Regional Senior Investment Officer

David E. Webb is a Senior Vice President and the Regional Senior Investment Officer for the Florida West Coast. David is responsible for investment management and investment planning for client portfolios in the Tampa office. As Regional Senior Investment Officer he has leadership responsibility for promoting consistency and best practices among investment professionals across the West Florida region. Additionally, David is chairman of the Northern Trust Concentration Committee and is a member of the Investment Advisory Committee which oversees the investment solutions utilized in client portfolios at Northern Trust.

With more than 30 years of investment experience, David joined Northern Trust in 1999 as a Portfolio Manager. Prior to Northern Trust he was with North Carolina Trust Company, now US Trust of North Carolina, for seven years as Senior Managing Director with responsibilities for all equity investing activities. Prior to joining North Carolina Trust Company, he worked with Barnett Trust Company, NA in Jacksonville and Fort Lauderdale, where he was an Equity Analyst and Portfolio Manager of an Equity Income Fund as well as Personal and Foundation accounts.
