Anna Maria Nekoranec co-founded Align Private Capital and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Engagements have included portfolio analysis and oversight, direct management and value maximization of existing direct portfolios, implementation and oversight of reporting structures, private equity strategy creation, deal sourcing, due diligence and post acquisitions management. Ms. Nekoranec specializes in working with families or their investment staffs to supplement in-house skills and provide outsourcing for specialized projects and portfolio oversight.

Anna has over 25 years of international experience making direct investments in operating businesses, real estate and private equity funds. For the last decade, Anna has partnered with ultra high networth families on direct investments and assisted in the management of direct portfolios on behalf of families through LBK Capital which she founded. Prior to LBK, Anna was a partner and managing director at Investor Growth Capital, a $2 billion private investment funds. She has worked in the US, Europe and Asia and has reviewed investments in South America.

Ms. Nekoranec has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from the University of Virginia. She is also a co-author of How to Buy a Business: Entrepreneurship through Acquisition.

Ms. Nekoranec is active in several non-profit organizations. She is on the Board of Trustees for Forty Carrots Family Center and the Asolo Theatre and serves on the Investment Committee for Sarasota Memorial Hospital. She is also active with the University of Virginia Jefferson Scholar Selection Committees.

Mr. Chalhub is a Partner of Palm Beach Capital and has been with the firm since 2007. Michael’s primary responsibility is working with portfolio companies to maximize value growth with a focus on areas such as infrastructure development, continuous process improvement, add-on acquisitions, revenue growth strategies, strategic deal structuring, trade compliance, risk management and debt restructuring.

Michael’s 25-years of broad-based experience includes over 15 years in private equity as well as holding various c-level operating company roles in finance, compliance and operations within the logistics, e-commerce and business service sectors. Michael started a middle-market management consulting firm, founded a transit advertising company and co-founded a healthcare software solutions firm.

Michael began his career with KPMG and Coca-Cola Enterprises. He is a certified public accountant and graduated with highest honors from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Mr. Marcus is the founding partner of Rainbow Capital, LLC.   Rainbow Capital is an independent sponsor that focuses on “control” transactions with closely held, lower middle market niche businesses.  Prior to private equity investing he spent fourteen years in leveraged finance with major investment banks including Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, Smith Barney, Inc. and L.F. Rothschild and Co., Inc.  Mr. Marcus received an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University and has a B.S. degree in Accounting from The Martin J. Whitman School of Management, Syracuse University.

Jeremy Schwimmer

Jeremy C. Schwimmer has extensive experience in corporate finance, private equity and, as well, has held senior leadership positions at a variety of privately-held companies.

Currently, Mr. Schwimmer serves as Managing Partner for a middle-market private equity firm, Sand Oak Capital Partners. Mr. Schwimmer held the positions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Thermold Corporation, a specialty plastics manufacturer and Sand Oak Capital portfolio company. Mr. Schwimmer also served on the Board of Directors of a privately-held metal recycling business based in Syracuse, New York where he orchestrated a significant corporate turnaround, guiding the company’s nearly 600% growth during his tenure. Most recently, Mr. Schwimmer served as a member of the Board of Directors of LCR Corporation, a Dallas-based commercial fireproofing and spray foam insulation contractor. Mr. Schwimmer is also a founding member of the Innovation Business Development Advisory Council for United Technologies, a $60 billion multinational industrial conglomerate.

Mr. Schwimmer began his career in the corporate finance department of Oppenheimer and Co., Inc. where he held executive positions in the firm’s corporate finance group. At Oppenheimer, Mr. Schwimmer focused on restructuring transactions, mergers and acquisitions and a variety of capital market financings. In addition, Mr. Schwimmer has served as an advisor to numerous family offices and management consultant to privately held companies in a variety of industries such as contract manufacturing, natural food products, dietary supplements, medical diagnostic devices and others.

Mr. Schwimmer holds a B.S. with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Georgetown University where he graduated with honors. He also serves as a Trustee for the Peddler Foundation, is the Chairman of the Class of 1996 Alumni Committee for Georgetown University and is a Board Member of the Manlius Pebble Hill School. Mr. Schwimmer has previously served on the Board of Directors for Syracuse Stage, a professional theater company in Syracuse, New York.
