Brian Hanrahan brings more than 25+ years of account and relationship management experience in a variety of areas within the insurance and consulting areas for Health & Benefits and Property & Casualty Insurance.

Prior to joining Aon, Brian was a Senior Associate for Mercer and the FL Healthcare Practice Leader at Marsh in Tampa. Before relocating to Tampa in 2007, he worked in NJ and PA with one of the largest insurance carriers and one of the largest privately held agencies, specializing in commercial insurance.

Brian's current role is Vice President for Aon Risk Solutions located in Tampa, Florida. He is responsible for overseeing and influencing the growth of Aon's Health & Benefits and Risk related business. He also acts as a conduit to all of Aon’s consulting and insurance practices across the country as well as the other operating companies within Aon.

Brian earned his Bachelors degree in Law & Justice at Glassboro State College. He also earned a Masters degree at Rowan University, specializing in Management, where he is an Advisory Board Member for the Rohrer College of Business. He is actively involved in the Tampa Chapter of Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), a founder of 10ACIOUS Tampa & Sarasota, Leadership Tampa Alumni Cabinet (LT14), Steering Committee for the Board of Fellows - University of Tampa, West Central Florida Healthcare Human Resources Association (WCFHHRA), Financial Executives International (FEI) Committee Member, the Goodwill Suncoast Ambassadors Program, HR Tampa & SuncoastHR Board Member (SHRM), the Jesuit Dads' Club, After School All Stars Board Member, SeaGrapes Committee for the Florida Aquarium, and was an Assistant Scout Master for Troop 475 - Boys Scouts of America in Palm Harbor and a Leader for Pack 487, Safety Harbor.

Brian is licensed in Life, Health, Variable Annuity, and Property and Casualty in a variety of states.

Gretchen Perkins is a Partner and Head of Business Development at Avance Investment Management, LLC, and is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities both for the firm and for portfolio companies. Ms. Perkins brings over 20 years of private equity sourcing and business development experience, having created and implemented successful business development organizations and programs at her two prior firms: Huron Capital and Long Point Capital, in addition to many prior years in a variety of financial services and consulting roles.

She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Gretchen has been an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth for over twenty years, having held multiple board and leadership positions in the ACG at the chapter and national levels. Gretchen will Chair the ACG Intergrowth national conference in 2022. Ms. Perkins is also involved in multiple non-profit endeavors, including the following organizations: Endeavor Detroit, Detroit Police Athletic League, United Cerebral Palsy of Michigan, and 100 Businesses Who Care. Gretchen is also a member of WAVE (Women’s Association of Venture & Equity) and PEWIN (Private Equity Women Investor Network).

Ms. Gold brings to ME Wilson over 20 years of corporate advisory experience working with middle-market businesses across multiple sectors. Prior to joining the firm, she spent over a decade with M&A focused boutique investment banking firms and previously held positions with accounting firms Grant Thornton and Cherry, Bekaert & Holland, and started her career at The General Electric Company.

At ME Wilson, Jami’s role is to cultivate relationships with businesses of all types in need of sound advice relates to their insurance and benefits stack and to work with companies looking to complete an M&A or any other corporate finance transaction. This includes policy review diligence services and writing new policies to complete the M&A transaction.

Ms. Gold has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Economics from Emporia State University in Kansas. She is chair of the University of Tampa’s Board of Fellows, a member of the Financial Advisors Board, a board member of ACG, a board member of the Entrepreneurs Organization, a founding board member of the Tampa Chapter of the AM&AA and on the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay board. She was also named to the list of 2022 M&A business development professionals to watch.
