As the President, Penny is responsible for marketing, implementing business structures, and creating culture. She uses her unique gifts for team building, problem-solving, and strategic planning to drive growth for the firm.  With over 30 years in the data management field, Penny has run the training and marketing departments at Northern Lights Software in addition to co-founding Soaring Eagle Database Consulting.  She specializes in creating support strategies for clients’ database environments, building database monitoring software, and managing remote database projects.

Penny is the co-author of the book Mining New Gold—Managing Your Business Data: Data Management for Business Owners. When she’s not solving database management issues for clients, Penny enjoys downhill skiing, the great outdoors, boating, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Jeremy Rasmussen is Chief Technology Officer of Abacode, a Tampa, Florida based company that provides managed cybersecurity services for growing businesses across all industries. Abacode employs global thought leaders and industry experts in ethical hacking, corporate governance, and incident response to provide its clients with a holistic view of cybersecurity.  He is also an instructor at the University of South Florida and founder of the USF Whitehatters Computer Security Club (WCSC). Since 2000, he has taught USF courses in cryptography and network security, ethical hacking, digital forensics & investigations, and mobile & wireless security.  He has more than 25 years of experience in performing R&D and developing cybersecurity solutions for government and commercial customers.  Jeremy is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and Project Management Professional (PMP). He was named the 2017 Tampa Bay Technology Leader of the Year.

Richards joined the firm in 2009 after a 23-year career as a news executive at some of the strongest TV stations in the country.  

Richards works with a variety of clients – from those with marketing and branding needs, to those in crisis situations. In addition, Richards has helped companies with cyber-security breaches and online reputation management (ORM) challenges.  

Before joining Tucker/Hall, Richards was news director at WTSP-TV, the CBS affiliate in Tampa Bay, Florida’s largest television market.

Pete Slade is the founder, president and CTO of Nitro Solutions, a Tampa-based cyber defense firm. Pete founded Nitro in 2012, acting as president and CEO until 2017. With the release of NitroDefender™ and Nitro’s entry into the cyber defense market, Pete realized his innovation and expertise better served Nitro as CTO, where he can focus on designing and building next-generation technology products.

With more than 30 years’ experience in software development and technology practices, Pete drives Nitro’s technology vision and oversees the implementation of Nitro’s R&D technology strategies. He works with Nitro’s development team to create advanced, machine-learning technology platforms and cyber defense solutions that protect users from malicious cyber activity.  Under his leadership, Nitro is the first company to create a cybersecurity solution that utilizes unsupervised deep neural networks for advanced threat protection.

Sheryl Hunter is the founder of Hunter Business Law, The Entrepreneur’s Law Firm®, based in Tampa, Florida.
