| Q: | Can I cancel my registration for a refund? |

| A: | The cancellation window closed on April 14, and refunds are not available after that date. However, your registration may be transferred to a colleague. To request a transfer, contact acgtennessee@acg.org for assistance. |

| Q: | Is ACG Access open? |

| A: | Yes. ACG Access is open for all registered attendees. Log in and start building your schedule at any time. Login instructions are sent to you by email. If you do not receive them, contact acgtennessee@acg.org for assistance. |
| Q: | I registered for the event but did not receive my ACG Access login information. What should I do? |

| A: | ACG Access is a separate platform that requires a manual sync, which we run several times a day. If you register in the evening or over a weekend, it may be the next business day before your login details arrive. Please also check your spam or junk folder in case the email is filtered there. If a reasonable amount of time passes and you still have not received your login information, contact acgtennessee@acg.org for assistance. |

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
| Q: | How do I book a hotel room? |

| A: | You may book directly with the Omni Nashville by calling (615) 782-5300 and mentioning that you are attending the ACG Tennessee Mid-South Capital Connection. |
| Q: | How do I get my hotel confirmation number? |
|---|---|
| A: | Confirmation numbers are issued directly by the Omni Nashville and sent to you by email. If you do not receive one, contact the Omni Nashville hotel directly at (615) 782-5300. |
| Q: | How do I cancel my hotel reservation? |
|---|---|
| A: | Contact acgtennessee@acg.org for assistance. Please note there is a $150 cancellation fee. |
| Q: | Can I make changes to my arrival or departure date for my existing reservation? |

| A: | You can make changes to your reservation by contacting the Omni Nashville hotel directly at (615) 782-5300 and referencing your confirmation number. |
| Q: | I registered with a hotel room add-on, and my confirmation shows an outstanding balance. Do I owe money for my room? |

| A: | No action is needed on your part. Your room and tax charges are billed directly to the ACG Tennessee master account and do not appear as prepaid on your individual reservation. This may cause your confirmation to show an open balance, but it does not mean you owe anything for your room. Upon check-in, you are asked to provide a credit card for incidental charges only. |
