Why did you join ACG?
ACG is a nationally recognized organization for connecting business leaders at corporations, in private equity and with professional service firms.
How has ACG WI helped you in your career?
As someone who has only been working in Wisconsin for a few years, ACG has helped me quickly immerse myself in the market. Being a member of ACG has helped me develop into a better leader internally and a better client server externally.
What lessons have you learned during the pandemic that you think you will carry over in the long term?
The ability to trust our team members to stay focused and engaged while remote and to know that whether they are in the office, at a client or working from home that they are committed to providing high quality work. I believe the hybrid model is what work looks like now and into the future. Continue adoption and implementation of automation. Using technology to leverage our people to be more effective and efficient, while limiting burn-out and over-work that occurs in our profession.
What do you do for fun?
We have two young children, Daisy is 2 and Rory is 3 months, so they majority of our free time is spent at the park, at the zoo or running around our backyard. If I am able to sneak away you can typically find me on the golf course.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
If I could be more patient, I would enjoy learning to fly fish.

Bad Blood: Secrets and Lies in a Silicon Valley Startup, by John Carreyrou
