2024 ACG WI | Kevin Zaba with Regal Rexnord Corporation

Kevin Zaba is Executive Vice President & President of the Automation & Motion Control Segment at Regal Rexnord. Kevin leads the segment, overseeing the company’s products, systems, and services portfolio delivered within end markets such as consumer goods, discrete manufacturing, medical devices, warehouse automation, and aerospace & defense. 

Kevin most recently served 9 years as Regal Rexnord’s President for the Motion Control Solutions Segment. Prior to joining Regal Rexnord, Kevin held a number of leadership roles with increasing responsibility at Rockwell Automation, including Vice President of Solutions, Services & Sales and Vice President and General Manager of the Control & Visualization products business. Kevin’s experience as a global business leader includes assignments across a variety of sales, product management and operational roles, including a multiyear role leading an Asia-Pacific ETO solutions business while residing in Shanghai, China. 

Kevin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portland.
