Join us on February 16th for an M&A case study through which ACG Next Gen members will review different stages of a sale and identify critical milestones and issues during the transaction process, including the impact of COVID-19 and PPP loans.
Through both large and breakout group discussions, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss relevant deal dynamics from the point of view of key stakeholders and professional advisors.
