Cancellation Policy: All cancellations prior to and up until Friday, Aug 28, 2026 will receive a full refund of the registration fee paid. Refunds will not be issued if you cancel after Friday, Aug 28, 2026. Substitutions will be accepted.
Note: Lower Middle Market is defined in this case as independent companies with generally less than $15m in EBITDA, and including those business owners interested in exploring an M&A process, whether they are buying, selling or exploring growth partners.
