ACG's monthly member luncheons are the one meeting per month where you can efficiently network with Cincinnati's transaction ecosystem.  Attendance typically includes 100+ accountants, attorneys, bankers, consultants, investment bankers and various sources of capital from family offices to mezz debt to PE.  Topics are focused exclusively on some aspect of deal-making, often from business owners and corporate management who have completed successful deals driving corporate growth.

George is also a certified Microsoft Trainer, a CPIM holder, and a master's degree graduate in predictive analytics from Northwestern University.

Ty is a seasoned professional with a diverse career, currently serving as the newly appointed third-generation CEO at Legacy Equity Holdings, his family office. His career includes backgrounds in technology, finance, and healthcare, most recently as leading the product strategy for Artificial Intelligence at 5/3 Bank.

Prior to becoming CEO, Ty also served as a Director of IT Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance, a role that allowed him to help shape internal policies and controls related to both AI and other advanced technologies while also managing relationships with federal regulators.

His journey through the technology sector includes time at GE Aviation, where he served as a Sr. Technical Product Manager leading a team of engineers in cutting-edge Large Dataset Processing and Commercial Engine Operations Analytics and Asset Management.

With his new role as CEO and a track record of leadership and innovation, Ty is focused on how Artificial Intelligence will empower innovation and foster efficiencies in his firm's real estate brokerage assets.

Lyndsay is the Chief Client and Innovation Officer at Taft. Lyndsay is responsible for developing and managing strategies to support our client’s needs and continuously improve the way Taft delivers legal services. With a background representing commercial clients in private practice and serving as corporate in-house counsel, Lyndsay is uniquely positioned to be the voice of the client within Taft and an advocate in an increasingly sophisticated and changing legal market.

Lyndsay is passionate about client counseling and works directly with clients to understand their unique and changing needs. With a “client first” focus, Lyndsay amplifies the voice of the client by working with firm leadership, attorneys and staff to create more efficient and productive approaches to serving our clients on transactional matters and achieving client objectives. Each solution Lyndsay implements is unique to the client she is working with, but often involves legal process improvement, project management, improving predictability and transparency around fees, and establishing a regular feedback loop. Lyndsay’s direct contact with clients, paired with her legal experience and business acumen, positions the teams she partners with to provide high quality and cost-effective work for each client.
