M+A Roundtable

The CDO Roundtable meets bi-monthly. It is for senior corporate M&A professionals, private equity investors, investment bankers, legal, tax & accounting professionals with a practice focused in M&A, and organizational heads with P/L responsibilities. Led by Mono Bhattacharya of RKCA.

 

 

 

Rules of Engagement:

  1. Due Diligence will avoid any conflicts of interest

  2. Members will make a strong contribution to the group as well as receiving knowledge & counsel from the group

  3. Members must trust in the confidentiality of all matters presented and discussed
