Jeff’s ability to improve clients’ national performance through locally relevant marketing is based on his patented process of segmenting markets based on local drivers and creating local relevance on a national scale. Under Jeff’s leadership, Relevate Health has grown to over $70M in revenue, a 45% compounded annual growth rate and an unprecedented average 7:1 ROI for Relevate Health clients. Jeff’s passion for leading people and for precision targeting across channels has created life-changing engagement for the Relevate Health team, for healthcare providers, and for the patients they serve.
Jeff is a long-time Board member of Relevate Health, and now serves as its Chairman. Jeff steers leadership, and collaborates with Board colleagues on financial, sales, market strategy and reporting initiatives to ensure company profitability. Jeff’s leadership contributions outside Relevate Health are diverse. In September 2023, Jeff joined the advisory board of the Greensboro Grasshoppers, a high-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates, as an owner. This unique role enables Jeff to apply his data driven, marketing activation expertise to the team’s marketing initiatives and community involvement. Also in Fall 2023, Jeff joined 11 Tribes Ventures as an advisor, where he adds expertise in the firm’s focus investment areas of technology and culture. Jeff is a nonprofit supporter and board member with Adventure Crew, guiding leadership, fundraising and operational plans for youth outdoor adventures. He also served on the board for Interact for Health for 6 years, where he was an integral part of the Programs and Investment Committees.
Beginning his career with Procter & Gamble and Pfizer, Jeff was able to consistently advance in roles from account and brand management to marketing leadership, working with numerous global brands including Pantene, Pert Plus, Lipitor, Zoloft, and Celebrex. He was recognized with the Procter & Gamble President’s Award and led his teams to win the Pfizer Team of the Year three consecutive years.
Jeff leads with intention, relying on his Faith to guide him in creating trust, building consensus among leaders and teams, and empowering others. He is the recipient of several prestigious industry awards, including the Pinnacle award, the Elite Disruptor award, CEO of the Year finalist, Most Inspiring People award, and Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Companies award.
