JT Mackay, CFA, is a Private Banker for JP Morgan. In this role, he specializes in helping successful individuals and families achieve the goals they envision. His team provides coordinated solutions to private banking solutions across investments, trust & estate planning, specialized lending, banking and philanthropy. JT works with middle-market business owners, multi-generational families and family offices, and corporate executives to develop wealth management strategies. His practice frequently incorporates pre-transaction planning, considerations surrounding liquidity events, multi-generational gifting and philanthropic endowments. JT is a graduate of Mississippi State University where he was twice named NCAA D1 Academic All-American in Track & Field. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. In addition, JT is actively involved in leadership of two organizations - President-elect of The Alspaugh Family Economics Center at University of Cincinnati and Co-President of the YACG group of the Association for Corporate Growth - Cincinnati Chapter.

Mark concentrates his practice on corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters, counseling a wide variety of clients ranging from start-up entities to Fortune 500 companies, including technology companies, food and drug manufacturers, various health care providers, pharmacies, and consumer product manufacturers.  He works regularly with privately held and not for profit entities, and frequently serves as outside general counsel for a number of these clients.

In addition to working on mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate matters, Mark also provides strategic legal advice to clients navigating complex transactional and regulatory issues. He regularly counsels clients on health care information technology matters, including FDA, HHS, and state law requirements relating to data privacy, HIPAA, and other data and cybersecurity issues. He also works closely with clients participating in the Medicare and Medicaid programs and has experience with anti-kickback, false claims, and other fraud and abuse issues, as well as reimbursement and compliance audits.

Mark has extensive transactional experience with both brand and generic pharmaceutical manufacturers, including product development issues, licensing deals, pricing issues, manufacturing, distribution and supply arrangements, advertising and promotional compliance, rebate agreements, PBM and managed care plan contracting, good manufacturing practices, and other quality issues.

Mark has been recognized as a Leading Lawyer in health and life sciences matters by Cincy magazine. He is a frequent speaker and author on health and life sciences issues and has been quoted on various health care issues by a number of publications and newspapers, including The New York TimesThe Wall Street JournalForbes, and VentureBeat.

Matt Duvelius is a Vice President, Commercial Banker for J.P. Morgan Chase located in Columbus, OH. He has been with JPM for 7 years. Matt supports the life sciences industry where his team works with biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic companies to provide a holistic banking solutions from cash and liquidity management to access and research from the investment bank. Outside of work, Matt and his wife have a two-year-old son with another baby boy due next month. He also enjoys playing basketball and distance running. Matt completed his undergraduate degree in Finance from The Ohio State University – Fisher College of Business.

After interning for RCC, Marcus officially joined as an analyst in 2021. Marcus has experience developing microservice software. As a full-stack developer, he’s worked on UI/UX design, latency optimization, audiovisual processing, database architecture & security, API design, and most other facets of modern software.

Marcus received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Cincinnati (UC) in 2019. He continued his education at UC receiving a Master of Science in Finance and graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2020. During his time in academics, he wrote a white paper on the economic ramifications of blockchain in financial markets under the mentorship of Dr. Steven Slezak: Academic Dean of the UC Lindner College of Business. In a separate but related white paper, he especially focused on blockchain’s role in title insurance.

He currently serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Genetesis, where he has raised over $25 million in venture capital financing and led the company through FDA approval and commercial launch of its flagship product, CardioFlux. Prior to Genetesis, Peeyush served as the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Proscia, a world leader in digital pathology. Peeyush studied Biomedical Science at The Ohio State University, but left early to pursue his entrepreneurial efforts as a Thiel Fellow.
