History

ACG Detroit is the premier member-based association in metro Detroit helping middle-market M&A professionals build and maintain trusted networks since 1984. Through our membership and event opportunities, we facilitate relationship-building and provide deal related content to the middle-market M&A community.

ACG Detroit proudly serves our members across metro Detroit who are directly involved in M&A transactions and include private equity investors, intermediaries, corporate development professionals, lenders, M&A advisors and transaction service providers – all working together to get the deal done.

Globally, ACG caters to over 14,500 deal professionals, providing members with strong local networks coupled with global reach. 75% of ACG members report they have done business with fellow members, making ACG a premium resource for those involved in M&A transactions. We provide opportunities for our M&A community to connect at 35+ events offered annually.

Whether you are looking for a small peer-to-peer breakfast, a monthly speaker series, or a 1,200 person conference bringing together dealmakers from across the country, ACG Detroit has an event to facilitate the kinds of relationships you need and to provide the educational content essential to stay current in the industry.
