Clayton is a Senior Vice President for PNC Business Credit where he focuses on financing LBO's, dividend recapitalizations, ESOPs, high growth, turn-arounds and cyclical businesses seeking flexibility and durability. He has spent nearly 18 years in Banking and finance but has also gained considerable experience serving as Vice Chairman of the Board for Waseyabek Development Company (a tribally owned economic diversification company) and as Managing Director for DWH, LLC a boutique Financial Advisory firm focused on M&A growth and succession strategies as well as turnaround and restructuring strategies. Clayton earned his bachelors of science in Accounting from Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business and his MBA from Wayne State University’s Mike Ilitch School of Business.

Arjun Murthy is a Director at Cascade Partners and brings over a decade of investment banking, corporate finance and operational experience. His background primarily includes leading M&A and capital raising transactions across a range of industries in sectors such as packaging, aerospace, industrials, consumer products and retail. He has extensive experience in all aspects of deal execution and deal management, including sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising engagements for private and public middle-market companies.

Prior to joining Cascade, Arjun was the Senior Manager of Corporate Development at TriMas Corporation (NASDAQ:TRS), responsible for managing corporate development, M&A, divestitures, capital investment and commercial planning projects, and TriMas’ acquisition pipeline and strategy. Previously, Arjun was a Director and earlier, a Senior Associate, at leading regional investment banking and lending institutions.

He received his B.A. in Finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, and received his M.B.A. with concentrations in Corporate Strategy and Finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Heather is a member of Huron Capital’s leadership team and manages the firm’s business development, marketing, and communication initiatives and plays a key role in investor relations and the development and operationalization of the firm’s investment strategy.

Prior to joining Huron Capital, Heather was responsible for all West Coast new business development for SPP Capital Partners, a NY-based investment bank. Heather also served as Vice President and Team Leader of Middle Market Banking at Comerica Bank in San Francisco and has also held roles at CIT Sponsor Finance and Madison Capital Funding LLC where she focused on originating, structuring, and underwriting leverage finance products for private equity clients.

Heather is currently a board member of the Detroit Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and a member of Trustee Council at Cornell University.

She received a B.A. from Cornell University.

Demetrios is the Vice President of Corporate Development, M&A at BorgWarner.  He’s responsible for creating, executing and driving inorganic initiatives.  Prior experience consists of a combination of M&A deal consulting having advised Fortune 500 companies and private equity investors on more than 150 mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives.

Joshua Stehlin is Senior Vice President and Division Executive. He is responsible for managing all business development and portfolio activities for the Midwest region.

Stehlin joined PNC Business Credit in 2014 and has nearly 20 years of industry experience. Most recently, he served as Midwest Sales Manager. Stehlin began his career at PNC in 2004 in a management training program focused on conducting due diligence and integrating bank acquisition targets. 

He received his B.S. in Management from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Business and graduated magna cum laude with an MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza School of Business.

Stehlin is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Turnaround Management Association.
