Steven Wybo is a senior managing director with over 20 years of experience in providing turnaround, reorganization, M&A, and financial advisory services to distressed and underperforming companies. Steve specializes in insolvency/bankruptcy matters, turnaround and crisis management, profit enhancement, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, raising of debt/equity capital, and liquidations both in and out of court. He has also served as an interim chief financial officer, chief restructuring officer, interim chief operating officer, treasurer, and court appointed receiver for several middle market clients.

In prior roles, Steve was a senior associate at PwC where he specialized in financial service compliance, investment banking in technology and other service industries, and automotive industry financing, including debt offerings, securitizations, and private placements.

Mike brings more than two decades of financial analysis, forecasting, consulting and manufacturing experience to S&P Global Mobility, with a primary focus on assisting automakers, suppliers and financial firms in their evaluation and understanding of the auto industry, as well as in-depth analysis of vehicle markets and technology trends.

Mike is quoted frequently in the media on a variety of automotive topics, and he regularly delivers presentations on the outlook for the automotive industry to company executives, financial investors and other interest groups, including past work with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization in Vienna, Austria. Mike graduated summa cum laude with an undergraduate degree in finance and later earned the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.

Mike Alcala currently serves as Vice Chairman Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer at GNS North America. He is also the President and Owner of FRANSTO LLC and has applied his expertise to operations turnaround, interim management, and a variety of business advisory and project engagements. Mike has had a progressive and successful career having served as President and CEO multiple times, COO, Executive Vice President, and the senior executive responsible for sales and program management related disciplines multiple times. He held positions in financial and cost management earlier in his career. An accomplished executive with proven executive leadership, operational management, growth performance and business results, he is able to quickly gain expertise in new businesses, analyze and address complex situations, develop and execute creative and comprehensive strategies, and lead by personal example. He excels at building and sustaining relationships with clients, partners, management, employees, and diverse cultures and is successful at management and leadership, strategic repositioning for growth, business turnaround, comprehensive operational restructuring, program management, consolidation, and post-acquisition integration. Mike is an active member of the Motor Equipment Manufacturers Association. He is a MEMA Original Equipment Suppliers Board member, a MEMA Board Member, a member of the MEMA OE CEO council and previously was the Chairman of the MEMA OE Small and Medium Suppliers Council. He currently serves on the CEO council for Talent First in Western Michigan, is the Chairman of the Divine Child Executive Advancement Committee in Dearborn, Michigan, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Erika’s Lighthouse, a non-profit organization. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from Northwood University.

Clay is a Senior Vice President for PNC Bank, working with their Native American Finance Division where he focuses on financing both gaming and non-gaming economic development efforts for Tribes across the lower 48.  Prior to the Native American Finance role Clay worked for PNC Business Credit where he financed LBO's, dividend recapitalizations, ESOPs, high growth, turn-arounds and cyclical businesses seeking flexibility and durability. He has spent nearly 20 years in Banking and finance and has also gained considerable experience serving as Treasurer of the Board for Waseyabek Development Company (a tribally owned economic diversification company) and as Managing Director for DWH, LLC a boutique Financial Advisory firm focused on M&A growth and succession strategies as well as turnaround and restructuring strategies. Clayton earned his bachelor's of science in Accounting from Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business and his MBA from Wayne State University’s Mike Ilitch School of Business.
