Eli Crotzer

President & CEO

Elijah Crotzer has been the President & CEO of ARCH Global Holdings (“ARCH”) since the time the company was first founded in December of 2011.  Over the course of the last 10+ years Mr. Crotzer has provided strategic and operational leadership for the ARCH organization, while also actively leading the deal sourcing efforts in support of the company’s ambitious M&A strategy.  More specifically, Mr. Crotzer has overseen in excess of 40 acquisitions during his period of leadership at ARCH.  From humble beginnings in 2011, ARCH has been completely transformed into a significantly scaled and diverse platform of high precision metal products in support of a diverse set of industries.  In 2021 Mr. Crotzer and the balance of the executive team at ARCH undertook a divestiture of their largest Segment that primarily served the aerospace and defense markets.  Today ARCH continues to maintain a strong presence with their Cutting Tools Segment and Medical Solutions Segment, which have each continued to onboard a number of acquisitions over the course of the last 18 months.  Prior to founding ARCH, Mr. Crotzer was an executive manager at TriMas Corporation, and prior to TriMas Mr. Crotzer spent time in M&A support and corporate finance roles at Deloitte and also time as a senior associate with a private equity firm.  Mr. Crotzer has been a lifelong Michigan resident and today lives with his wife and five children in Highland, Michigan, where he enjoys spending time with family, fishing and enjoying summers on the lake.

Jack Serda

CFO

Jack is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and turnaround consulting services for financial institutions, private equity funds, OEM’s and suppliers.

During various advisory and interim management roles, services performed included the preparation of complex financial forecasts, financial statement and capital structure analysis, cash management and treasury operations, lender negotiations and development and evaluation of strategic business plans.  Mr. Serda spent considerable time internationally working in the Corporate Restructuring practice at Grant Thornton U.K. (London office), and with the Commercial Risk department at Ford Credit U.K. analyzing their dealership portfolio to identify merger and acquisition targets.
