Driving Business Value Series – Preparing to Acquire a Business | VIRTUAL PROGRAM

Acquisitions as a strategy for growth have become increasingly prevalent over time – in the last 5 years, businesses have made 20% more acquisitions than any other 5-year window in history. Despite the increased prevalence of acquisitions, successful execution of the acquisition remains a difficult task. Integrating two companies with one strategy is difficult enough, but add in the blending of cultures, suppliers, customers, systems, and personalities, and the result is an incredibly complex project to manage.

Despite the difficultly of acquisitions, many businesses and groups have figured out how to navigate these arduous processes to achieve great success and realize incredible synergies through acquisition. Our expert panel today has collectively helped clients through hundreds of successful acquisitions, from the strategic planning developed in advance of an acquisition, all the way through to integration after the acquisition is complete. This event will focus on the key elements that a business must concentrate on prior to pursuing, and while executing on an acquisition to maximize the chances of a successful outcome.
This is a virtual program. Registrants will receive the Zoom link prior to the start of the event.
