Scott Eisenberg is a highly experienced financial leader with over 35 years in investment banking, turnaround consulting, and M&A transactions. As Founder and Managing Director of Franklin Capital Advisors, he founded a regional investment banking and turnaround consulting firm and currently manages multiple advisory assignments for lower-middle-market clients. 

Previously, he served as Managing Director at Capstone Partners and was a Co-Founder and Partner of Amherst Partners, where he helped grow the firm to national prominence. He has completed over 75 investment banking transactions and over 35 complex receivership engagements. 

Scott has served on numerous corporate boards, including PC Server and Parts, Speed Grip, and the regional advisory board of Horizon Bank. A respected figure in his field, he received the Lifetime Achievement Awards from the Detroit Chapter of ACG and TMA.

Sarah has been a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) for over 15 years and is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA). Prior to becoming a CVA, Sarah was Director of Financial Planning at United Technologies Corporation. She performed many valuations in that role to support the corporation’s mergers and acquisitions activity as well as for purposes of international tax planning. Sarah also prepared financial information for the divestiture of UT Automotive to Lear Corporation for $2.3B. 

She received an MBA with distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and is a magna cum laude engineering graduate of Duke University. In addition to her expertise in finance, Sarah has held positions in product development, manufacturing and strategic planning. 

She currently serves on the education and case grading committees of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). She received NACVA's 2024 Outstanding Member of the Year award. In addition to her involvement with NACVA, she is a member of the Detroit Executives Association, the Exit Planning Institute, and Vistage Trusted Advisors. Sarah currently serves as the President of Beta Gamma Sigma Detroit Alumni. 

Sarah is committed to helping clients across many industries with their valuation needs. After working with many business owners, Sarah co-founded Q5 Experience, a business succession advisory service. She and her partners are passionate about guiding business owners through the succession process so that they achieve ideal outcomes for themselves, their families and their employees.

She has held senior roles in Corporate Development driving M&A growth, structuring over 20 deals with values ranging from $2 million to $1 billion, and in Investor Relations. Maria has extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, including post-IPO.

Maria sits on the board of Hooker Furnishings, a publicly traded (NASDAQ: HOFT) designer, manufacturer and importer of furniture for the residential, hospitality and contract markets. She is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Leonine Advisory, a consulting firm specializing in strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions for middle-market companies. Ms. Duey holds an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from Michigan State University.
