Before he ignited the fresh salsa revolution with his eponymous, small-batch production salsa, Jack was an extraordinary chef and seasoned restaurateur. To this day, memories of the heavenly beef brisket he used to serve at his now-legendary Clubhouse BBQ on Woodward Avenue near Detroit makes grown men weep with longing. After garnering almost 500 major awards, and seeing his all-natural salsa become the number-one fresh salsa in North America, Jack decided to turn his attention to making delicious, high-quality whole proteins that were fully cooked and ready to eat. Thus, Clean Planet was born.

Having raised five kids together with his wife, Annette, they’ve both turned their attention to giving back to the community, and to extolling the virtues of life on Clean Planet.
