Driving Business Value Series

ACG Detroit is proud to offer a series of seminars to help business owners drive value in their business.  The seminars will be held quarterly in 2017. These Lunch & Learn seminars are designed to introduce business owners to topics outside their day to day activities and provide tools and a network to guide their business into purposeful growth.

Securing Growth Capital

A panel focused on private equity, non-traditional lenders, mezzanine debt, recapitalizations, minority equity investors, and non-traditional debt and equity financings as a means for providing growth capital.  This seminar builds on the previous topic to show alternatives to traditional banks as a source of growth capital and financing

Other Scheduled Lunch & Learns for 2017:

Optimizing the Value of Your Business; A panel focused on business valuations and the elements of a valuation that have the greatest impact on value.  The panel will help business owners think about and evaluate business succession alternatives, including a sale, and will provide operational guidance to maximize business value. Scheduled for November 8.
