Dykema and ACG Detroit have released the results of our flash survey to gauge the outlook for M&A in 2021. We compared the results to Dykema’s 16th Annual M&A Outlook Survey that was completed in the autumn of 2020 and the Dykema/ACG Detroit M&A Flash Survey that was conducted last June.
