Sylvia Steinheiser is Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for NTT DATA Services. She is responsible for developing new business opportunities with an emphasis on acquisitions and strategic partnerships that align with our core strategy, global competitiveness, and market trends. She also leads the sourcing advisor function. Sylvia holds an MBA from Georgetown University, a Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, and a BA in economics from the University of Michigan.

Jennifer Lurie is Senior Vice President, Corporate Counsel for NTT DATA Services. She is responsible for the legal side of M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration. She also has responsibility for corporate governance matters for the NTT DATA Services organization globally. Prior to joining NTT DATA Services, Jennifer worked in the San Francisco office of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP representing public and private companies in a broad range of financing and M&A transactions. Jennifer holds a BA from University of California at Davis and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco.

Barry Shurkey is Chief Information Officer for NTT DATA Services. He is responsible for optimizing and advancing the company’s Information Technology (IT) Roadmap to support the company and its clients. He previously was a senior vice president overseeing the company’s Transition Services Agreement with Dell. He has more than 30 years of experience in the IT services industry. Barry earned a bachelor’s in Management Information Systems and a minor in Computer Science from Central Michigan University.

Mona Charif is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for NTT DATA Services. She has more than 20 years of operational and leadership experience supporting sales, growth objectives, branding and corporate social responsibility at Fortune 100 companies including Dell, Hewlett Packard, Lucent Technologies and EDS. She most recently led the marketing and communications integration of the former Dell Services with NTT DATA, Inc., and now has focused her team on expanding the combined company’s success in the global market. Mona earned a bachelor’s in journalism and an MBA from the University of Texas.
