Registration Cancellation
ACG must receive all cancellations in writing via e-mail at events@acg.org. Cancellations received on or before Wednesday, September 10, 2025, 5:00 p.m. CDT will be refunded in full. No refunds will be granted after Wednesday, September 10, 2025, 5:00 p.m. CDT.
Registration Substitutions
You may transfer your registration to another person, at any time. However, transfers after Wednesday, September 10, 2025, 5:00 p.m will incur a $150 substitution fee. Refunds on the difference in registration fees will not be given. The member rate is applied to the individual, should a registration be transferred to a non-member, the additional fee will be charged to the attendee. Please email substitution requests to events@acg.org.
