Tuesday Open Meeting Scheduling

Confirmed meetings will be held in virtual rooms, hosted within the secure ACG Access platform. This means you do not have to worry about intrusions into confidential conversations, or links being incorrectly shared.

To launch a confirmed meeting, follow the below steps:

• Log into ACG Access
• Select the “Calendar” menu item
• Select the meeting you would like to attend 
• Select “Join Meeting” and the virtual meeting will appear
• Enter your name and select “Submit”
• Permissions will be requested and allow the video app to access to your mic and camera*
• A blue box will appear and the meeting will begin once both parties are present
• Turn on your camera and microphone and close unused browsers/applications to increase video quality
   

LOG INTO ACG ACCESS TO GET STARTED

Prior to the start of the day, please restart/reboot your computer and open a clean copy of your browser (Chrome preferred) in order to launch the Virtual Meeting Rooms. If you do not see “Join Meeting” in your individual calendar appointments, please contact acghelp@conferencesolutions.com immediately.

Powered by ACG's new event meeting scheduler, ACG Access, ACG Members will have the ability to personalize their schedule with ideal meetings selected for their business needs and priorities. The system requires two-way approval for meetings and provides the ability to place the scheduled meeting (at a mutually available time) on both calendars.

Find the right people
The registrant filtering tool can help ACG Members connect with the right people. Filtering options include: Primary Function, Geographic Investment Preferences, Industry Vertical and Primary Deal Size.

ACG Access opens to registered ACG Members on June 15. Registered members will be emailed login credentials. Members will need to login to ACG Access to schedule meetings, watch the live and on-demand sessions and join the virtual roundtables and open networking.
