ACG's Private Equity Operators Council: Interlocking Technology and Advisory Consulting Services

After an M&A transaction, new owners often scramble to identify the right partners to help them grow their companies. Advisory consulting firms can help. As a result of working on an exponential number of transactions, advisory consulting firms with deep experience working on M&A transactions and strong relationships with vendors understand how to deploy resources to streamline technology stacks, create efficient back-office processes, and grow a company quickly.

Join ACG’s Private Equity Operators Council (PEOC), proudly supported by SAP, for an in-depth and honest discussion with the top M&A advisors and learn:
  • How advisors help new owners decide what technology platforms to use
  • How to move forward quickly after a buyout
  • Where there are commonly missed opportunities
  • What role technology plays in transformation
