Amy is EY’s Americas Private Equity Consulting Leader helping Sponsors and Portfolio Companies develop and execute value creation strategies that deliver measurable results — what EY calls Value Creation Realized.  This includes uncovering new unexpected paths to value using traditional levers as well as new ones. Whether an investment thesis is built around revenue growth, cost reduction, working capital, ESG, technology or digital transformation, we’ll leverage our deep sector insights to help increase performance across all functional areas of the business and deliver measurable results.

Amy has over 25 years of experience and has served clients in multiple industries with specific emphasis in value creation, finance transformation, strategy, operating model design, technology optimization, and performance management. Prior to EY, Amy held finance and operations leadership positions in industry in Private Equity backed entities leading significant growth programs, M&A activities and public offerings.

She has an MBA from Villanova University and a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University. 

Cordry Johns is a Partner in EYs National Advisory practice based out of Chicago. With 25 years of Client Delivery and Practice Management, his experience covers all aspects of Business Transformation for the world’s leading companies.  Primarily focused on the planning and execution of intricate functional and technical transformation projects – he is a leader who sets direction and aligns teams to deliver results.  

Chris Perry drives business growth with a deep understanding of the business and how technology increase its value. His expertise is in optimizing, deploying and managing complex, global IT applications and ERP programs supporting forward-thinking companies and demanding customers. Chris leads business transformations with a well-honed combination of technical acumen, business savvy, and inspiring global technology teams to excel and think like business strategists.

Steve Niesman is North America’s President and Chief Executive Officer for NTT DATA Business Solutions. Niesman directs operations for the leading global, mid-market full-service SAP provider. The core of NTT DATA Business Solutions’ full-service portfolio includes SAP consultancy, software development & system integration, licensing, outsourcing and hosting. Niesman has more than 20 years of management experience, 25-plus years of information technology, ERP and SAP experience, as well as a background in banking and finance.

Prior to joining the company in 2002, Niesman held sales and senior general management positions with SAP America, Inc. where he managed a team of professionals delivering sales, consulting and training solutions exceeding a budget of 250 million. Prior to SAP America, Niesman held senior management positions at First Chicago Corporation (currently Chase) and he began his career in the field of accounting working for DeKalb Corporation.

Niesman earned a B.B.A in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University and then an M.B.A. in Finance and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Niesman also completed an Executive Training Program at the INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France. Niesman is also a Certified Public Accountant. Niesman is married with three children and he resides in the Chicagoland area.
