Jeanine is a seasoned board member, Global COO, and CFO. She’s led organizations from start-up to $475M+ revenue subsidiary of a public company. She excels in growth strategy, adopting innovative technologies, scaling operations, and financial management. A media & entertainment attorney and trial litigator turned technologist and Qualified Financial Expert, she’s an expert in M&A, corporate governance, building sales orgs, and go-to-market.

Jeanine serves on the Board of GroundTruth, a late-stage private adtech company, and on the Board of Bridge Partners, a management consulting firm for large tech companies and hyperscalers. She is also a Board Advisor for Ace Green Recycling, the first zero-emission lead and lithium-ion battery recycler, and a Board Advisor to Quill, a full-service podcast hosting platform and production agency. Jeanine previously served on the boards of PodFront, a UK-based JV, and ProductPlan, a late-stage private company she shepherded to sale to PE. She was the Board Advisor to Wonder Media Network, an audio-first brand studio and podcast network she helped sell to a public company. She also served on the Internet Infrastructure Coalition’s advisory board.
