Mr. Grapsas has over 16 years of experience in the aerospace & defense and oil & gas manufacturing supply chains with a strong track record of driving new business growth across a wide variety of products and services. He also has a robust business development and commercial contracts background with a passion for building teams that enable growth and foster strong customer relationships.

Previously, Chris served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Valence Surface Technologies. Prior to Valence he held multiple leadership roles at Hixson Metal Finishing, Calnetix Technologies and Dresser-Rand (A Siemens Business).
