The Future of Work

Join us for a valuable panel discussion on leadership, workplace, and culture dynamics that will guide you in your key decisions and actions because the future of work has arrived!

We have a historic opportunity to reimagine how, when and where work will be done next. In Spring of 2020, the shutdown of offices around the globe upended employees and created a remote work tidal wave. Since that time, companies of every size and across every industry have been rethinking their in-person versus work-from-home framework. As they do this, leaders and their teams are grappling with the same challenges and opportunities– how to foster productivity, sustain company culture, support team performance, and build relationships when the office is an enabler of work, but no longer the enabler.

  • How do we create high performing, flexible workplaces?
  • How will we lead our companies and teams in this evolving environment?
  • What should we focus on to be successful in balance and management of the flexible work environment?

Join us for this thought-provoking dialogue to answer these questions and many more!
