ACG Orlando Private Equity Outlook

Mr. Tagle is a Jupiter native and Director at Palm Beach Capital. His primary responsibilities include new deal origination, fundraising, and investor relations.

Prior to joining Palm Beach Capital, Juan was a Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase in the Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries Group. There for 12 years, Juan led a team of South Florida based Middle Market Bankers and worked very closely with companies ranging from $20M-$1B in revenues. Juan was responsible for overseeing the delivery of various product sets including senior credit facilities, debt capital markets, investment banking, and treasury management solutions. Juan was licensed 79 and 63 (both inactive).

Juan is also very involved in local community engagement efforts, and currently sits on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County and the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County.

Juan is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, BS in Finance.

Jon Gogolak is a Director in PCE's ESOP Advisory Group. As a dedicated finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets, investment banking, and treasury operations, Jon skillfully offers financial guidance to shareholders and fiduciaries, assisting them in structuring transactions that align with the client's desired goals and objectives.

Before joining PCE, Jon was responsible for the build-out and expansion of the capital markets function at one of the largest non-bank agricultural lenders in the U.S. As the Director of Capital Markets, Jon led the treasury strategy, focusing on cash management, collateral optimization, and loan funding.

With his strong analytical skills, collaborative approach, and deep understanding of the capital markets and ESOP landscape, Jon is committed to providing middle-market business owners exceptional ESOP services. He strives to deliver strategic solutions that optimize value and drive success for his clients in a dynamic and competitive business environment.

Mark Jones, Partner, joined River Associates in 1995. He is a frequent speaker at events and conferences related to Mergers & Acquisitions, Management-Led Buyouts and Private Equity, including events hosted by ACG, Buyouts, the Alliance of Merger & Acquisitions Advisors, Corporate Finance Associates, and The International Business Brokers Association. He has written numerous articles for industry publications. Mark served on the Global Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth (www.acg.org) from 2005-2010 and was Chairman of ACG Intergrowth 2008. Mark was previously with SouthTrust Bank in Birmingham from 1988 to 1995, serving as Vice President of Corporate Lending.

Mark received a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from Samford University in Birmingham. He currently serves on the board of directors of several privately owned businesses and charitable organizations.
