Chapter Policies

MEMBERSHIP
ACG Memberships are individual and are not tied to the firm, regardless of how the membership is paid.
Members of YACG are welcome to attend both YACG and regular ACG programming, regardless of membership type.

REFUNDS
Due to the nature of ACG Orlando events and the guarantees required by many of the small and medium-sized businesses we partner with as vendors, we are unable to offer refunds. However, ACG Orlando will work to accommodate registration transfers or other adjustments whenever possible.

UNREGISTERED ATTENDEES
Any individual attending an ACG Orlando event without prior registration will be invoiced at the walk-in/day-of rate.

SPEAKERS/CONTENT
The views and opinions shared by speakers or panelists at ACG Orlando events do not necessarily reflect those of ACG Orlando staff, members, or sponsors.

CODE OF CONDUCT
ACG Orlando is committed to upholding high standards of dignity, fairness, and integrity. The following Code of Conduct applies to members, non-member attendees, partners, sponsors, volunteers, and staff:

  • Respectful and Inclusive Behavior
Treat all individuals with respect regardless of background, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or other characteristics. Discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior in any form will not be tolerated.
  • Professionalism
Maintain professionalism in all interactions. Avoid conflicts of interest and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. The membership directory is not to be used for mass solicitation or direct sales.
  • Compliance
Follow all applicable laws and regulations and adhere to professional standards.
  • Ethical Conduct
Act with integrity and report any unethical or illegal behavior to ACG Orlando leadership.

EVENT SEATING
ACG Orlando reserves the right to fill open seats with walk-in attendees after the networking portion of an event has ended and official programming has begun. In rare cases, late arrivals may not have a seat readily available. If we cannot accommodate a registered attendee to their satisfaction, a credit toward a future event may be issued.

REQUEST FOR ACCOMMODATIONS
Anyone needing disability-related or dietary accommodations should contact ACG Orlando at least two weeks in advance of the event.

ALCOHOL POLICY
ACG Orlando encourages responsible consumption and recommends the use of designated drivers or rideshare services for any event where alcohol is served.

SPONSOR, EXHIBITOR, AND ATTENDEE BENEFITS
ACG Orlando reserves the right to modify or substitute sponsor, exhibitor, or attendee benefits if necessary, or to preserve the integrity of the event experience.
Sponsorships are considered confirmed and non-refundable once email confirmation is received.
Returning sponsors are given the right of first refusal for their sponsorship level for the following year.

ATTENDEE LIST USAGE
Attendee lists are provided to facilitate networking and business development. They may not be shared with third parties or used for mass solicitation. Violation of this policy may result in revocation of membership, sponsorship, or other event-related benefits.
If you suspect misuse of an attendee list, please contact Alli Roberts, ACG Orlando Chapter Executive, at acgorlando@acg.org.

ADVANCE APPROVAL
Sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees should obtain advance approval from ACG Orlando before organizing any activities or using attendee lists that may fall outside standard usage guidelines.
