Alexander Gonzalez
Alex is VP, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Unisys Corporation. He is a corporate and securities lawyer by training and a former law clerk to Judge Eduardo Robreno (EDPA) and extern to Judge Dolores Sloviter (3d Cir.). Alex spent many years working on cross border securities transactions, M&A, and compliance in the United States, Central America, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Australia. He is an active member of the community, and served organizations in the non-profit sector as counsel and/or as a board member for several years. He has been identified as a “Lawyer on the Fast Track” by the Legal Intelligencer in 2011 and named to the "Pennsylvania Rising Stars List" by Super Lawyers in 2013, 2014, and 2015. He was presented with the Defensores de la Justicia award by Alianza, the Latino Law Students Association of Rutgers Law School in Camden in 2017, and the Samuel E. Klein Award for Pro Bono Service in 2012. He has also been recognized by the Hispanic National Bar Association as a Top Lawyer Under 40 in 2020 and Latino Lawyer of the Year in 2022. Alex was also a member of Lead NJ Class of 2020 and is fluent in Spanish.
