Tell us about your role/firm.

I am a Loan Officer at SEDCO in the Orlando/Central FL market. At SEDCO, we work with lending partners throughout the state of Florida to help business owners fulfill their dreams. We do this by offering great products in conjunction with the U.S. Small Business Administration and providing an unparalleled client experience. We are with you every step of the way, working closely with you, the business owner, and our lending partners to help you obtain your SBA financing.

What’s your biggest challenge or opportunity right now?

My biggest referral sources are commercial lenders that work in owner-occupied commercial real estate. My biggest challenge is meeting the right people in the industry to work with in SBA 504 transactions. I would love to continue to meet the "players" in Central Florida that help small businesses grow. CPAs, wealth advisors, real estate agents, and more are all great contacts for me to have, as well.

What is your favorite ACG Orlando event, and why? 

My favorite ACG event is the Tacos & Tequila Social in Winter Park. This event is almost like a New Years celebration, with everyone excited to get back to work after the summer. Of course, the chips, queso, and margaritas are great, too! 

Favorite local restaurant or hidden gem? 

It's so hard for me to pick a favorite restaurant in the area because there are so many good ones. I am a HUGE foodie, so you'll have to ask me what my favorite restaurant is in each category. However, when friends come into town, we always make sure that they try JAM Hot Chicken in Winter Park. It's seriously delicious!
