Tell us about your role/firm.

I’m the President of The Enterprise Team, a Florida-based firm that helps mid-to-large employers design smarter employee benefits. We focus on simplifying the complex and delivering strategies that make financial sense while supporting employees’ needs. Our work is personal. We build lasting relationships with clients and stay hands-on through every step. Our goal is to bring clarity, creativity, and consistency to every benefits program we manage.

What are you currently focused on? 

ACG Orlando has been a great place to connect with other business leaders in a meaningful way. It’s helped us stay current with trends in the market, build relationships that go beyond just networking, and create opportunities for real collaboration. The events are well-run, the conversations are relevant, and the community feels like one that wants to grow together.

Be where your feet are.” It’s a simple reminder to stay present—whether I’m with a client, in a meeting, or at home with my family. In a fast-moving industry, staying grounded helps me make clearer decisions, lead with intention, and build stronger connections.
