Tell us about your role/firm.

I founded The Percy Group LLC to help leaders and teams find their true north through a framework I call Navigator, inspired by my Navy service. I work closely with executives and C-Suite teams to align strategy, leadership, and culture for lasting growth. My background builds on my Navy career and HR executive experience, blending coaching, transformation strategy, and leadership development to help teams move faster and more deliberately toward desired outcomes.

What are you currently focused on?

I’m focused on expanding The Percy Group LLC and delivering the Navigator framework to leadership teams in the midst of transformation and growth. I help executives align leadership, culture, and strategy to drive sustainable results. Through executive coaching, facilitated leadership alignment, and strategic insight, I help create clarity, cohesion, and momentum — especially during times of increased organizational complexity. Navigator enables leaders to move faster and more deliberately.

What motivated you to join ACG Orlando?

I joined ACG Orlando because I believe leadership is the foundation of sustainable growth. Throughout my career — from the Navy and beyond — I’ve seen that clarity, alignment, and culture drive real success. ACG’s focus on growth aligns with my mission of helping executive teams create clarity, cohesion, and strategic momentum. I’m excited to connect with leaders, advisors, and others who share a passion for building strong, resilient companies through deliberate leadership.

Best piece of career advice you've ever received?

Early in my Navy career, a mentor gave me advice I never forgot: “Sir, never miss a chance to keep your mouth shut. You have two eyes and two ears, but only one mouth — use them in that proportion.” That simple wisdom shaped my leadership philosophy. Great leaders don’t rush to fill the silence — they observe, listen, reflect, and speak only when it drives clarity and alignment.
