Marty Brasher

Marty Brasher

Summit Fire & Security
Regional Operations Manager

Marty Brasher is a seasoned entrepreneur and respected leader with more than 25 years of experience building businesses, teams, and legacies. A firm believer that success begins at home, he and his wife, Tammy, have spent over two decades raising their three children — Ambrielle, Zoe, and Zander — while building a company rooted in purpose, hard work, and shared values.

A veteran of the fire protection industry, Marty has worked across every aspect of the field — from fire sprinklers and pumps to alarms and fully integrated systems. His career spans management, sales, operations, and customer service, all driven by a deep commitment to relationships, precision, and integrity.

Marty and Tammy co-founded Quick Response Fire Protection, transforming it from a two-person startup with $5,000 in the bank into a thriving company with nearly 140 employees across three offices and $19 million in annual revenue. Their success was fueled by relentless effort, faith, and a dedicated team that shared their vision for excellence.

In 2022, Quick Response Fire Protection was acquired by Summit Fire & Security, a BlackRock-owned company, following multiple competitive offers from private equity firms and industry leaders — a testament to the strong foundation and reputation they built.

At his core, Marty is a builder — of businesses, teams, and lasting impact — driven by the belief that while everyone starts the day the same, what you do with it is what sets you apart.
