Tell us about your role/firm.

I am an investment banker focused on helping business owners sell their companies to employees through Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). I also work with companies that already have an ESOP in place as a shareholder.

What are you currently focused on? 

I am focused on expanding employee ownership by educating business owners and their advisors on the various structures available for sharing ownership with employees and helping them determine which approach best aligns with their goals.

What is your favorite ACG Orlando event, and why?

I enjoy the private equity wine tasting every year. It brings together a large portion of the Central Florida deal community and reminds everyone how broad and accomplished the professionals in our community are.

Favorite local restaurant or hidden gem?

Anything under the Good Salt umbrella is a winner for dinner or drinks.
