Victor Hicks

Victor Hicks II

Perigon Wealth Management
Wealth Advisor and Managing Director

Victor is a Wealth Advisor and Managing Director at Perigon Wealth Management. Since 1995, he has advised closely held business owners, senior executives, and their families on how to design a lifestyle on their own terms, with meaning and purpose.

In his early career, Victor specialized in ERISA retirement plans, helping employers design 401(k) plans, and build tax-deferred wealth. That early training in fiduciary responsibilities and retirement planning became the foundation for his broader advisory work. Today, his practice includes tax-smart investing, lifestyle income design, estate/legacy planning, private market investing, and other strategies tailored for high-income, high net worth clients.

As clients live longer in retirement, Victor and the team help them plan a life of: investing one’s time, talent, and treasure; having fun, staying engaged, maintaining physical/mental health; and managing the “golden balance” of life after full-time work.

Most of Victor’s includes collaboration with the client’s most-trusted advisor (CPAs and attorneys). He enjoys conversations with others who have a passion for service, whether in business, or nonprofit organizations.
