Tell us about your role/firm.

As President of Billed Right , I lead the company’s operating engine across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Partnerships, ensuring strategy in Revenue Cycle translates into execution and measurable results. I drive cross-functional alignment, performance management, and operating system discipline to support scalable growth, operational excellence, and strong client relationships in the healthcare Revenue Cycle Management space.

What are you currently focused on?

I’m focused on expanding the Billed Right brand across Florida while helping healthcare organizations simplify the business side of care through stronger revenue cycle management. I’m looking to build relationships with healthcare leaders, advisors, and vendors who support the healthcare ecosystem, as we aim to serve as trusted advisors—not just RCM partners. A key challenge is identifying organizations experiencing revenue cycle burdens where we can make the greatest impact. At the same time, expanding our network and staying ahead of industry changes is a major opportunity. By building strong partnerships and staying connected with experts across healthcare and the middle market, we can bring greater insight and strategic value to our clients and the clients served by ACG members.

What motivated you to join ACG Orlando?

My favorite ACG Orlando events are the member and non-member socials where larger groups gather, followed by the member-only events that allow for more meaningful one-on-one conversations. The format creates great opportunities to first connect broadly and then build deeper relationships with ACG members. I was motivated to join ACG because of the strong community of advisors and leaders who support middle-market businesses. It’s a network built on collaboration and shared knowledge, which aligns well with how we approach partnerships. I recently joined ACG Orlando and was motivated by the strong community of advisors and leaders who support middle-market businesses. I’ve already learned a great deal from members and have enjoyed meeting professionals who approach relationships as trusted advisors and go-givers rather than transactional partners. I’m excited to continue building connections within the network and exploring how we can collaborate to better serve our community.

Best piece of career advice you've ever received?

One of the best pieces of advice I’ve received is to be a go giver. While many of us are naturally driven to be go getters, the idea that giving first ultimately creates the greatest value really resonated with me. The message from the book The Go-Giver by Bob Burg and John David Mann reinforces that when you focus on helping others succeed, the value and opportunities naturally circle back. A motto I try to live by reflects that mindset: “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” It’s a reminder that the greatest impact, both personally and professionally, comes from serving others first.
