• Dress: Business attire is recommended for conference sessions and DealSource. Badges are required throughout the conference. Business casual is appropriate for evening networking events. For off-site experiences, dress comfortably and appropriately for the venue.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

1. Download ACG Access – Find attendees, connect with contacts and schedule meetings. Complete your profile and update your calendar before arriving. Check your email for a message from acgla@meetmax.com with instructions on how to log in to the meeting scheduler.
2. Schedule priority meetings – Plan ahead, but leave room for unexpected connections.
3. Review the agenda – Know the sessions, speakers and networking opportunities you don’t want to miss.
4. Review the maps – Get familiar with key locations before you arrive.
5. Spread the word – Post on LinkedIn using the Brand & Media Kit to let your network know you’re attending.
