I bring more than a decade of business brokerage experience, supported by a strong background in commercial banking, lending, economic development, and small business advisory. Helping business owners navigate complex transactions with insight, preparation, and integrity is a joy. As a top-performing broker and industry leader, I combine extensive credentials, transaction experience, and a deep understanding of finance, operations, deal structuring, and funding alternatives. I am especially proud of the trusted relationships and strong results I have built. Joining Winter Park Capital to better serve lower mid market business owners is invigorating!
When the thought of a sale begins to take shape, we support business owners in three ways. PLANNING AHEAD: Working with owners who may be several years away from a sale to prepare the business and position it for a successful future transition. MAXIMIZING VALUE: Helping owners who anticipate selling within 12–18 months tidy up an otherwise solid business, address areas that may impact value, and maximize its marketability. GOING TO MARKET: Once an owner is ready to sell, our team works in tandem with them to value, document, prepare, and confidentially market the business to attract qualified buyers and achieve a successful transaction.
I was an ACG member back in my commercial banking days, and renewing my membership recently has been one of my smartest professional moves. I’ve reconnected with some fabulous professionals, made new friends, and built a robust referral network. The caliber of people, connections, and opportunities has been exceptional. I may be a little biased, but ACG just might outshine most other professional organizations. It’s good to be back!
First, I read A LOT. And by “read,” I mean audiobooks. The Libby app connects to your local library, and the audiobooks are free to borrow. I listen at 2x speed and average one to two books a week. It has honestly been life-changing. Something surprising about me? I once ran into my brand-new neighbor’s home to put out a kitchen fire with a tiny fire extinguisher I had unpacked from a moving box just moments before. Talk about "right place, right time"!
