As an owner within Clayton & McKervey’s Small and Mid-sized Entity department, Tim is focused on Clayton & McKervey’s growing Asian practice, with an emphasis on helping Chinese companies establish a presence in the U.S., and domestic companies expand to China. Joining the firm in 2001, his experience includes entity and organizational structure, U.S. tax planning and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and repatriation strategies. In addition, he facilitates the firm’s CFO/Controller Roundtables, offering both clients and members of the business community the opportunity to learn from one another in an open and interactive environment.
